However, we also know that there may be times when you need to exchange or return something you have purchased from us, either because it is faulty or damaged, or perhaps because you have just changed your mind. For this eventuality, we operate a 21 day returns policy. Please note that returns made after 21 days may not be entitled to a full refund.
To qualify for a full refund, please observe the following:
- Goods must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt, unused, in the original packaging and in a resalable condition
- All returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt, with written notification detailing the reason for return
- Do not tape or attach postage labels directly to the retail packaging; please wrap all returned items carefully in appropriate materials, and attach postage labels to this
- Refunds will not include your return postage fee, unless the items was supplied as damaged or faulty
